With more than 35 years of experience in the industry we have longstanding relationships with our vendors and have negotiated contracts that provide our clients with very competitive pricing on all Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) items. We are very experienced in meeting most major hotel brand requirements for all hotel standards. We can provide a small, independently branded hotel, the same level of buying power as an internationally franchised brand.
We take pride in delivering the highest quality of customer service during all phases of the project. We work very closely with the construction team to coordinate on time delivery and installation of all items to coincide with the project schedule. After a successful opening we provide a complete specification book with all vendor contact information and samples of all items provided during pre-opening. We work closely with the hotel staff to make sure they have all the tools needed to be successful.
