S&L Hospitality provides a collaborative approach to hospitality management. Our leadership team is made up of business professionals in the areas of operations, sales, marketing, purchasing, development, human resources and finance. Our team works closely with property managers and owners to achieve measurable results and successful outcomes.

Mr. Lund is the founder of S&L Hospitality and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations and new business development. His extensive hospitality career includes property level management positions, regional franchise management roles, hotel owner, hotel management company owner, and developer and founding member of Great 

Mr. Lund is the founder of S&L Hospitality and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations and new business development. His extensive hospitality career includes property level management positions, regional franchise management roles, hotel owner, hotel management company owner, and developer and founding member of Great Wolf Resorts. After participating in a successful IPO for Great Wolf Resorts, Mr. Lund left the company to start S&L Hospitality. His enthusiasm for hospitality is seen in all he does.

Mr. LaVoy leads development of overall marketing strategies for our portfolio of properties, tailoring the approach for each individual franchise and independent hotel. With his strong knowledge of brand services he is able to effectively leverage resources available to each property. Mr. LaVoy is also responsible for the creative design

Mr. Lehner is responsible for property accounting. He brings both hotel and industry experience together to develop best practices to support property day-to-day operations. He works closely with our business partners to streamline property accounting functions and reporting. Mr. Lehner is currently working towards his CPA certification.

He collaborates with General Managers to ensure management of infrastructure at each property. His previous experience in

He works strategically with business partners to coordinate seamless integration of insurance, security, and property management resources. His career began in hospitality working with hotels and resorts, expanded to development and ownership of multi-family housing, and includes ownership of a successful independent insurance agency. His 11 years with Great Wolf Resorts had a lasting impact on his passion for the hospitality industry.
