Mr. Lund is the founder of S&L Hospitality and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations and new business development. His extensive hospitality career includes property level management positions, regional franchise management roles, hotel owner, hotel management company owner, and developer and founding member of Great Wolf Resorts. After participating in a successful IPO for Great Wolf Resorts, Mr. Lund left the company to start S&L Hospitality. His enthusiasm for hospitality is seen in all he does.

Ms. Armstrong leads the development of planning and reporting for our portfolio of properties, providing impactful analytics that support profitable growth.  She brings an extensive background in working collaboratively on the design and optimization of financial and business intelligence systems.  Ms. Armstrong is also responsible for financial modeling used to evaluate corporate and individual property opportunities.  She serves as a dedicated financial business partner resource, supporting leaders and teams across our organization.

Ms. Engelman leads the strategic sales efforts for the S&L Hospitality portfolio of properties. She plays an integrated role with hotel sales personnel to create new opportunities and marketing initiatives to attract new business. She has extensive experience with market analysis, brand standards, media campaigns....Ms. Engelman has spent the majority of her hospitality career with S&L Hospitality and its predecessors, including Great Wolf Resorts.

Ms. Edmunds provides accounting and administrative support to corporate and property management teams. She is responsible for property AP and general accounting support, specializing in process improvement with a focus on effective workflow design and implementation. She brings years of accounting and administration experience to her role coordinating office administration functions in our corporate office.

Ms. Hogden has over 9 years of property accounting and real estate experience. At S&L Hospitality, she is responsible for the financial validation and management of our property portfolio with a focus on financial reporting and month end close. She enjoys auditing to ensure financial accuracy and has an eye for detail. She is passionate about developing policies and best practices to both streamline accounting functions and create efficiencies for our day-to-day operations.

​Mr. Joe plays a critical role in enhancing the dining offerings across our portfolio of properties. Bringing over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Dave specializes in developing innovative food and beverage concepts, menu design, and operational management. His focus is on creating distinctive and enjoyable dining experiences that are memorable for guests, ensuring quality, sustainability, and satisfaction. Mr. Joe collaborates closely with property teams, emphasizing the need for each dining venue to exceed guest expectations.

Mr. LaVoy leads development of overall marketing strategies for our portfolio of properties, tailoring the approach for each individual franchise and independent hotel. With his strong knowledge of brand services he is able to effectively leverage resources available to each property. Mr. LaVoy is also responsible for the creative design and production of collateral for corporate and individual properties. His extensive hospitality experience includes S&L Hospitality and its predecessor Great Wolf Resorts. 

Mr. Lund oversees support for development, IT, and property improvement projects through general project management practices as well as strong relationships with general contractors, vendors, and construction trades. He collaborates with General Managers to ensure management of infrastructure at each property. His previous experience in various areas with S&L Hospitality including finance, operations and IT enhance his ability to see new projects to completion.

Mr. Lund provides organizational management and branding strategy expertise at the company level as well as across the property portfolio. His focus on strategic business partner relationships provides a strong platform for new business development at all levels of the organization. He works closely with Human Resources and Operations to implement business processes that maximize workflow effectiveness and profitability. He has extensive experience leading diverse teams to successfully achieve common goals. 

Ms. Moran oversees Human Resources for all properties within our portfolio.  She has 8 years of experience in the human resource field focusing on the hospitality industry. She brings a diverse skill set to the team as she has managed a full-cycle HR process specializing in recruitment and onboarding. Her HR expertise brings extensive knowledge to help support each individual property, partnering closely with operations to support management in their day-to-day activities and successfully develop a company's people strategy to reach its business goals. 

Mr. Perry leads the accounting department for S&L Hospitality and has oversight of corporate and property accounting. He brings extensive accounting, analysis and tax knowledge from his experiences in a publicly listed company and public accounting, all of which had a focus on telecommunications, and is also a CPA. Mr. Perry works closely with various members of the leadership team to continually improve the financial reporting of S&L Hospitality and its managed properties. 

Mr. Potter brings his expertise from a previous role as an accountant at Great Wolf Lodge. At S&L Hospitality, he is responsible for the financial management of our property portfolio, focusing on budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. His background in accounting plays a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency across our hotels and resorts. Mr. Potter’s dedication to maintaining high financial standards is key to the fiscal success of S&L Hospitality.

Mr. Stephenson has over 30 years of hospitality experience in development, operations, revenue management, branding, building maintenance, and engineering. He has successfully opened 14 franchise hotels, 10 waterpark resorts, and oversaw operations for a real estate company specializing in development and management of office, multi-family, and campus high-rise housing. Mr. Stephenson works closely with on-property leadership, corporate operations, asset management, and development to ensure that all assets maintain the highest standard of quality and service.
